Fees

Joanna’s consultant fee is $125/hour and is negotiable based on the size of the project, and organizational budget.

Joanna is especially committed to working with organizations that operate on minimal budgets and serve those historically marginalized by racism and oppression. Fees may be higher if there is a need for sub-contractors or co-facilitators. Joanna is committed to equitable profit-sharing with co-facilitators, which will be negotiated based on need, identity, time and other labor.
